Job Title: Chamfer Operator

Job Summary: Qualex is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Chamfer Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating chamfering equipment to ensure products meet quality specifications while maintaining production goals and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate chamfering machinery and related production equipment.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure and verify product specifications using measuring tools.
• Perform routine machine adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
