Responsibilities
- Assemble plastic components and finished products according to work instructions
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Ensure all parts are assembled correctly and meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production and quality goals
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate any quality or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly work
- Ability to handle small components and parts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
