Assembly Associate

 

Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

$20.00 per hour

 

Training Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

$18.00 per hour during training

 

Summary

 

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling filter materials according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with hand tools and equipment, and able to maintain consistent quality throughout the production process.

 

This role offers a hands-on work environment where employees work closely with a small team to produce quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Measure filter material and mark each 12-inch section according to specifications

• Work with black cloth-like filter material in various sizes based on customer orders

• Punch holes at designated markings

• Install grommets into prepared holes

• Operate a small drill press when required

• Use a saw to cut materials to specified dimensions

• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

 

Job Requirements

 

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift

• Ability to accurately use a tape measure

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable operating basic production equipment and tools

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Minimal lifting required

 

Work Environment

 

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

• Small workstation setting

• Work alongside a team of 2-3 employees

• Production-focused manufacturing environment
