Shipping Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: Durham, NC
Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
- Training on 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (up to 1 month)
ResourceMFG is hiring a Shipping Technician for a leading power-generation manufacturing facility in Durham, NC. This position is responsible for moving, staging, packaging, and preparing industrial equipment for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Move and stage equipment for shipment
- Package power-generation components and assemblies
- Verify part numbers, serial numbers, and shipping documentation
- Process inventory and shipping transactions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability
- Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:
- Forklift experience required
- Crane experience a plus
- Manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
