Press Brake Operator / Fabricator / Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Randleman, NC
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

ResourceMFG is hiring a Press Brake Operator / Fabricator / Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Randleman, NC. We are seeking experienced manufacturing professionals with strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and other measuring tools
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Move materials using overhead crane or JIB crane equipment when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and production procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience operating equipment required
• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure
• Strong math skills
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• Overhead crane or JIB crane experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
