Description
We are seeking motivated Manufacturing Production Workers to join a fast-paced production team. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating equipment, inspecting materials, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Daily duties may include assembling components, performing visual inspections, packaging finished products, monitoring production equipment, following work instructions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Team members must adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Temporary
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, work in a team environment, and maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift.
Applicants should be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds as needed and demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality. Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
