Job Opening: Electrical/Wiring 1st

We are hiring Electrical Wiring Associates for a manufacturing facility in El Paso. This position is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components according to production specifications and quality standards. Candidates will work with wiring assemblies, cable harnesses, and electrical components in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include reading and following work instructions, routing and connecting wires, assembling electrical components, performing visual quality inspections, using basic hand tools, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Team members must follow all safety procedures and production requirements while meeting daily productivity goals.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Temporary

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or electrical wiring experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to work with small parts, use basic hand tools, and follow detailed instructions. The ability to read assembly diagrams and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy is essential.

Applicants must be able to stand for extended periods, maintain good hand-eye coordination, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality are required. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
