Job Opening: Inspection Team Lead

ResourceMFG is now hiring INSPECTION TEAM LEADS around Metro Detroit!

SHIFT:

4:00am – 3:00pm (hours may vary)

PAY:

$22.00 – $24.00 per hour

This role is for an inspection team lead. Must be able to commute to different work sites each day within the following areas:

• Auburn Hills

• Warren

• St Clair Shores

• Sterling Hts

• Troy

JOB DUTIES:

•Oversee the containment process, responsible for the laborers and the inspection of customer products for the assigned tables or workstations

•Report any accidents or incidents

•Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.)

•Ensure end of shift activities are completed

•Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs

•Provide on-the-job training for any new work instructions when applicable

REQUIREMENTS:

•High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or higher preferred

•Ability to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends if needed

•3 years of supervisory experience preferred

•Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift to 35lbs, and work within a manufacturing environment

•Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred

•Basic math skills required

•Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently.
