A seafood processing and cold storage company specializing in crab and fresh/frozen fish is seeking a dependable Sanitation Associate for the swing shift. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering year-round employment with potential for permanent placement.

·        Pay Rate: $19/hr

·        Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (possible overtime, including Saturdays during busy season)

·        Location: Burlington, WA

Job Requirements

·        Preference for applicants with previous sanitation experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but training available).

·        Must be at least 18 years of age.

·        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

·        Comfortable working in wet and cold environments.

·        Strong attention to detail in sanitation tasks.

·        Dependability and excellent attendance required.

·        Positive attitude and solid work ethic.

·        Basic fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

·        Background check and drug test required.

·        Verification of authorization to work in the United States prior to start date.
