Job Opening: 1st & 2nd Shift – Assembly Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our team. In this role, you will assemble Power Distribution Units (PDUs), electrical components, cables, and harnesses while ensuring all products meet engineering and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions

• Assemble Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and other electrical components according to company specifications.
• Assemble cables, wire harnesses, electronic equipment, and electro-mechanical components following engineering drawings and specifications.
• Replace and remove electrical components on PDUs as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process enhancements.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards by inspecting your own work and ensuring accuracy.
• Support the maintenance, care, and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or electrical assembly experience required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
