Job Opening: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will safely perform welding and fabrication duties while maintaining high-quality standards, productivity, and workplace safety.Responsibilities:Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.Operate welding equipment and related tools safely.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with other production duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous welding experience preferred.Ability to read measuring devices and blueprints.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements:Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Schedule:Full-timeOvertime may be available as needed.
