Location: Durham, NC

1st Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $19.00+/hour DOE

2nd Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• $21.00+/hour DOE

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components used in power generation equipment
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Route wiring, install components, and perform equipment integration
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and correct assembly issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, electrical, automotive, HVAC, construction, or related hands-on environments
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
