Can Recovery Operator – 3rd Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We're seeking dependable and detail-oriented Can Recovery Operators to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This role supports production by recovering product, identifying quality issues, and helping maintain efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and recover cans from the production process

• Identify and separate non-conforming product

• Monitor production flow and communicate quality concerns

• Follow safety, quality, and operating procedures

• Maintain accurate production records

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Work with team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Commitment to workplace safety

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Overtime opportunities may be available
