CLP Assembler

The CLP Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting Compact Low Profile (CLP) Pump Station systems used in irrigation applications.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, piping, enclosures, and control panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and CAD drawings.
• Load PLC and touchscreen software into control systems.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, measuring devices, and multimeters.
• Ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Experience using manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift and move components and assemblies as needed.
• Work safely with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
