Assembly Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: Randleman, NC
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:20 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, reading blueprints, and assembling high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Summary
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and installing mechanical and electrical components while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Candidates must be committed to quality, safety, and meeting production goals.

Essential Job Duties
- Assemble generator components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Assemble metal structures and external generator components
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify defects
- Read and accurately use tape measures and measuring tools
- Meet production and quality standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work overtime as required

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Ability to read and use tape measures accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
