Job Opening: 1st Shift – Assembly Operator

Schedule: Monday- Wednesday, 5:00am to 5:30pm

We are seeking experienced Assembly Line Electrical Assemblers to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling electrical components and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous assembly experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and other electrical components according to company specifications.
• Assemble cables, wire harnesses, electronic, and electro-mechanical test equipment following engineering specifications.
• Replace and remove electrical components on PDUs as needed.
• Work efficiently on an assembly line while maintaining production and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing process enhancements.
• Monitor work to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain the quality, condition, and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous assembly line or manufacturing assembly experience required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
