Shift: Day Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Press and Stamping Machine Operator to join our 1st-shift manufacturing team in Potterville. You will operate and monitor industrial press and metal stamping machines to produce high-quality components safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Safely set up, run, and monitor press and stamping machines.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials into equipment and align them correctly.
• Quality Control: Perform visual and manual checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and strictly follow safety protocols.
• Documentation: Keep accurate counts and logs of daily production output.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with manufacturing machinery, presses, or stamping equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and standard quality measures.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout a 10-hour shift.
