Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour
Schneider Electric is seeking motivated Production I Associates to join our manufacturing team in West El Paso, TX. The Production I Associate is responsible for supporting production operations, assembling products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and manufacture products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Operate production equipment and tools safely.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain production goals and meet daily performance standards.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Complete required documentation and production records.
- Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
