Forklift Operator – West El Paso, TX

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Schneider Electric is seeking dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in West El Paso, TX. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and staging materials while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Perform inventory and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
