What You’ll Do

As a Field Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and skilled trade roles. You’ll partner with job seekers and hiring managers to ensure a great match while helping meet critical staffing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, networking events, schools, and local organizations
• Create engaging job postings that attract both active and passive job seekers
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates with available opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner with local clients and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Meet staffing goals related to time-to-fill, candidate quality, and recruiting compliance
• Process candidates through onboarding, including drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification
• Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems
• Participate in daily staffing strategy meetings and workforce planning discussions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and technology tools
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
• Community involvement, networking, or outreach experience is a plus

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based but may include community outreach and local recruiting activities. Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Sitting or standing for extended periods
• Frequent communication via phone, email, and in person
• Using computer systems and office equipment
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
