Job Opening: Forklift Operator

Material Handler – Manchester, TN

ResourceMFG is hiring Material Handlers in Manchester, TN! We're looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with forklift experience who are ready to join a growing manufacturing team.

Pay: $16.48 – $17.48 per hour

Shifts: All Shifts Available

Responsibilities:

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Fill hoppers and dryers with production materials.
• Empty grinders and prepare materials for production runs.
• Pre-dry materials for upcoming production schedules.
• Clean material loaders, grinders, and related equipment during mold and color changes.
• Ensure machines and auxiliary equipment are properly set up and ready for startup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Move finished products to designated staging and inventory areas.
• Report safety, quality, or housekeeping concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience within the last 12 months required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and retain information.
• Basic math skills required.
