General Labor Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Toledo, OH and surrounding areas

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Shifts Available: Day Shift (1st) and Evening Shift (2nd)

Job Overview

We are currently hiring General Labor Associates for multiple warehouse and manufacturing facilities throughout the Toledo area. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to perform a variety of general labor duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and inspect products
• Load and unload materials and finished goods
• Operate basic production and warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Perform quality checks on products and materials
• Assist with inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
