Machine Operator – Injection Molding

We are currently hiring Machine Operators for an Injection Molding facility in Pulaski, TN. If you’re looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room for growth, we’d love to hear from you!

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Trim, assemble, and package molded parts
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain production standards and quality requirements
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience required
• Previous machine operation or injection molding experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
