Toyota Experience Center Ambassador – Part-Time

Toyota Indiana seeks an energetic Ambassador to support the Toyota Experience Center by leading guided tours of the manufacturing facility for visitors of all ages. Ambassadors use storytelling and dialogue to educate guests on Toyota’s values, careers, community impact, and future mobility vision.

This role includes narrating scripted tours, safely driving electric trams in an active production environment, and presenting to diverse groups including students, executives, and VIP guests. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people and learning new skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Schedule tours via phone and online systems

– Conduct 3–4 tours per day, up to 3 days weekly

– Drive electric trams and assist guests

– Maintain safety training and PPE

– Update tour materials and support outreach

– Report safety incidents

Qualifications:

– 18+ with high school diploma

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office

– Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

– Experience in education, customer service, manufacturing, or tours

– Bilingual English/Spanish
