Job Opening: CNC Operator

We are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join a precision manufacturing team. This role offers long-term potential for candidates who demonstrate strong technical ability, reliability, and attention to detail.

Pay Rate: $24–$40/hr (DOE) Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Night Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:20 PM – 10:50 PM (+$2.00 shift differential)
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (+4-hour premium)

• Maintain tolerances as tight as ±0.0001.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of CNC lathe experience, including multi-axis work.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, M & G codes.
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency.
• Confident and experienced in boring jaws.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Boeing BAC specifications.
• Working knowledge of:
  • Material properties
  • Model Based Definition (MBD)
  • Plating tolerances
  • Trigonometry and geometric calculations
• Excellent attention to detail and inspection skills.
• Strong teamwork and mentorship capabilities.
• Proficiency with micrometers, precision tools, and Microsoft Office
