Now Hiring: Machine Operator

ResourceMFG is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. This is an 11-month assignment with a strong opportunity for permanent hire based on performance. No prior machine operating experience is required, we provide training for the right candidate.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule:

Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
Thursday – Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Position Overview

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and are committed to producing quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Operate automatic and conventional manufacturing equipment.
Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Inspect parts and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
Measure, record, and maintain production and quality data.
Follow work instructions, company policies, and safety procedures.
Identify and report equipment or production issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Support team goals and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous machine operating, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
