Required Qualifications·        MIG Welding·        TIG Welding·        Stick Welding·        Gas-assisted welding processes·        Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.·        Experience working in a high-temperature production environment.·        Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Preferred Certifications·        AWS D17.1 Aerospace Welding Endorsement·        AWS Certified Welder Certification·        NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Welder CertificationPhysical Requirements·        Ability to safely lift and maneuver gas cylinders/tanks weighing 50 pounds from a dolly to the welding workstation as needed.·        Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the work shift.Team & Leadership Expectations·        Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.·        Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to ensure quality and production goals are met.Key Responsibilities·        Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding according to engineering specifications and quality standards.·        Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
