Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Albuquerque, NM

We are seeking a reliable Bag Machine Operator/Packer to inspect, align, pack, and document production from the bag-making line. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Stand at the delivery end of the bag-making machine
Inspect bags as they are stacked
Adjust the machine to ensure bags are properly aligned
Pack stacked bags into boxes and seal completed boxes
Load new rolls of plastic film and zipper-profile spools onto the machine
Record production through the computer terminal
Complete production documents accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Prerequisites

High school diploma or GED
Ability to measure accurately with a ruler
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

Schedule and Pay

First Shift:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
$16.00 per hour

Second Shift:
Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
$17.00 per hour
