What You’ll Do

As a Recruiter, you’ll be the driving force behind attracting, engaging, and connecting great people with great jobs.

You will:

• Source and recruit candidates through social media, online platforms, community networking, schools, and local partnerships.
• Create compelling job advertisements that attract both active and passive talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit for client opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Conduct pre-employment activities including I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screening.
• Collaborate with branch teams to achieve staffing goals and deliver exceptional client service.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and labor market data to drive successful hiring outcomes.
