Job Opening: Forklift Operator Trainee

Material Handler

Pay: $18.50/hour with potential pay increases at 90 and 180 days

Schedule:

• Training: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM for 4-6 weeks
• After training, transition to 12-hour shifts:
  • Days: 5:45 AM – 5:45 PM
  • Nights: 5:45 PM – 5:45 AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials throughout the plant.
• Complete material movement transactions in SAP.
• Perform material check-weighs and receive finished goods into inventory.
• Store materials in proper locations and maintain required storage conditions.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare materials for shipment.
• Complete building inspections and accurately document findings.
• Support production operators with processing activities as needed.
• Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, quality, and company policies.
• Complete required training before performing assigned duties.
