Job Responsibilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments.
• Manual dexterity to handle product and packaging materials.

• Operate and monitor chocolate production equipment, mixers, tempering machines, enrobers, and packaging machinery.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, appearance, and weight throughout production.
• Perform product inspections and document quality control checks.
• Package finished chocolate products according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and company safety regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory management and raw material staging.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams.
