Community Recruiting Representative (Temporary Contract)

Pay: $19.00-20 per hour

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Schedule: Part-Time (15–20hours per week)

Duration: Approximately 2 months

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Community Recruiting Representative to support our grassroots recruiting efforts throughout the Cheyenne market. This temporary, part-time position will focus on increasing awareness of local job opportunities by placing and maintaining recruiting signs, distributing flyers, documenting outreach activities with photos, and assisting with community hiring events and job fairs.

No recruiting experience is necessary. We will provide all training, materials, and direction needed for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive throughout the Cheyenne area placing and maintaining recruiting signs in approved locations.

• Replenish signs and recruiting materials as needed to ensure consistent visibility.
• Distribute flyers and tear-off sheets throughout the community.
• Take photos of all completed recruiting activities and submit daily updates.
• Identify new opportunities for community outreach and recruiting visibility.
• Assist with local job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting campaigns as needed.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with local businesses and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving throughout the Cheyenne area daily.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Ability to use a smartphone to take photos and communicate with the recruiting team.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
