ResourceMFG is now hiring a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR near Auburn Hills, MI (Orion Twp)!

JOB TITLE:

Production Supervisor (contract-to-hire)

PAY RATE:

$35.00 – $44.00/hr

SHIFTS:

10:00pm – 6:00am

DAYS:

Mon-Fri + two Saturdays on, and then one Saturday off.

DESCRIPTION:

This role is for a plastic manufacturing company. They produce plastic for various industries, including automotive, medical, etc.

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Train, develop, and coach production employees while enforcing company policies.
• Ensure production and assembly schedules run smoothly and meet customer on-time delivery demands. 
• Provide safety training and proper equipment usage, ensuring a secure and compliant work area. 
• Maintain efficient inventory systems and minimize material scrap.
• Lead shift meetings, communicate updates clearly, and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and management. 
• General maintenance and upkeep of the facility (sweeping, etc).
