Wiring Technician (1st & 2nd Shift)

Location: West El Paso, TX
Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $16.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $17.25/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Wiring Technicians to join our production team in West El Paso. The selected candidates will be responsible for assembling, routing, connecting, and testing wiring components according to specifications and quality standards.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, follow work instructions, and maintain production goals while ensuring safety and quality requirements are met.

Shift Schedules

1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 3:30 PM to 12:00 Midnight

Mandatory overtime is required based on production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and install wiring and cable components following detailed work instructions.
• Route, crimp, cut, strip, and terminate wires and cables.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production documents.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defects or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, wiring, or production experience preferred.
• Entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
