Job Opening: Supervisor

The Supervisor Implement and execute production strategies to achieve operational goals and maintain efficiency. Supervise production leads and employees within the Drumhead Department, providing direction, support and accountability. Ensure production activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established standards. Enforce company policies and procedures related to production operations, employee performance, attendance and workplace conduct. Address and resolve employee related issues in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.     

 Education

 High school diploma or GED

Experience

Must have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. 

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Must be computer savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Bilingual in English and Spanish (Read & Write) in both languages is preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
