Mechanical Assemblers – Hiring Immediately (Canton, OH)

ResourceMFG is hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Mechanical Assemblers for assembly production and warehouse labor. Immediate start dates available.

Shift Schedules

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:00/2:30pm

• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00/10:30pm

• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00/6:30am

Pay Rate

$19–$21 per hour, based on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of parts, components, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions

• Use of hand tools including hammers, tape measures, rules, and other basic tools

• Accurate measurement reading and verification of component specifications

• Fabrication of simple mechanical parts as required

• General production labor, including material handling, staging, and line support

• Warehouse tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials

• Inspection of assembled components for quality, accuracy, and compliance

• Documentation of work performed when required

• Adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

• Collaboration with team members to meet production goals and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment

• Familiarity with basic fabrication or industrial tools

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, reaching, and manual handling

• Ability to work in varying temperatures within a production or warehouse setting
