Position Details

• Position: Assembly Associate
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime: Available as needed
• Saturday Overtime: 6-hour shift when scheduled

Job Description

As an Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for assembling products and components according to company standards while maintaining quality and productivity goals. You will work as part of a team to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality assurance
• Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Able to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
