Die Cast Operator | Lewisburg, TN

Pay: • 1st Shift: $17.00/hr • Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours

Shifts: • 1st: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM •

We are seeking dependable Die Cast Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll operate die casting machines, inspect finished parts, load and unload materials, remove scrap, and maintain a safe, clean work area. This is a fast-paced production environment that requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

Requirements: • Ability to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements • Complete orientation and required training • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Dress Code: • Steel-toe boots required • Work pants and T-shirt • PPE provided (safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves)

Plant Rules: • No glass, plastic, or aluminum bottles • Drinks must be in a thermos • No butane lighters permitted
