Shifts Available: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure operational goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach employees, drive productivity, and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during daily operations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with management to meet operational goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible to work 1st or 2nd shift as business needs require.
