Logistics Coordinator

Pay: $25.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

ResourceMFG is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a leading logistics operation in Cheyenne, WY. This position supports daily warehouse and supply chain operations through order management, inventory control, shipment tracking, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

-Process customer orders through EDI and manual entry systems.

-Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.

-Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment.

-Track shipments and analyze material deliveries.

-Conduct operational audits and identify process improvements.

-Review work orders, open tasks, and urgent requests.

-Manage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activities and invoice tracking

-Communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

-Complete training and support additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or GED required.

-Previous logistics, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience required.

-Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.

-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

-Experience with order processing, inventory management, or shipment tracking
