Resource MFG is looking for a Warehouse Specialist in Zelienople, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Specialist. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are available for manufacturing production. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use handheld scanners to add, remove, and track inventory transactions
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting and inventory adjustments
• Position and stage materials required for manufacturing operations
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Replenish pick bins and maintain organized inventory locations
• Load and unload trucks and rail containers
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating a counterbalance/sit-down forklift
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting processes
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
