Molding Press Operator – Hutchinson

Location: Cadillac, MI

Hutchinson is currently hiring Molding Press Operators for all shifts at our Cadillac, MI facility. This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company offering competitive pay and a team-oriented work environment.

Pay Rate

$21.25 per hour

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Operate molding press equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload materials and components from molding machines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Trim, assemble, and package molded parts as required
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
