Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
(PCBA/SMT/THT)Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30
PM OverviewThe 1st Shift Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment used in PCBA, SMT, and THT manufacturing processes. This role requires prior hands-on maintenance experience in electronic assembly environments, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to support production uptime across multiple lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on PCBA, SMT, and THT production equipment.
Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure safe and reliable operations.
Follow all facility safety and ESD procedures.
Work assigned shift of 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, demonstrating strong attendance and reliability.
QualificationsPrevious maintenance experience in PCBA, SMT, and/or THT equipment is required.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and equipment safety standards.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
