Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable Assembler to join our team. The Assembler will produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
• Follow technical documentation, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures.
• Inspect parts, materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Use hand tools, drills, screw guns, soldering equipment, and wire-stripping tools.
• Test finished products for defects and functionality.
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and an organized workstation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Keep the work area clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate soldering equipment and perform wire stripping.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
