General Laborer – 1st Shift

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday

1st Shift

• Shift Time: 4:00AM – 2:00PM or later based on production needs

We’re seeking dependable General Laborers for a busy manufacturing environment. This position supports various production areas and duties may change throughout the day based on operational needs. Team members should be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed.

Potential Responsibilities:

• Painting tire sidewalls using a sponge applicator
• Stacking and organizing tires in designated shipping areas
• Assisting with tire retread production processes
• Removing and handling tires coming out of curing chambers
• Loading, unloading, moving, and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting production teams with additional duties as assigned

Work Environment:

• Warm manufacturing facility
• Position involves standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Tires coming from curing chambers can be extremely hot, requiring attention to safety procedures
