Job Title: Test Technician

Role Overview

Build, test, and troubleshoot industrial electrical and electronic systems. Work from engineering blueprints, component specs, and technical documents to install and evaluate control panel wiring for errors and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing: Ensure products meet engineering requirements; analyze, record, and document results.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and correct machine or process malfunctions.
• Improvement: Identify process improvements for quality and throughput; install new equipment.
• Operations: Manage multiple projects, maintain supplies, and assist with production procedures.
• Safety: Comply with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assembly: Perform hands-on production line assembly as needed. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years testing electromechanical control panels and PLCs.
• Knowledge: NEC Codes, UL 508, high/low voltage, and pump station principles.
• Technical Skills: Read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics. Proficient in Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, creativity, and leadership.
