Shop Associate

1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour

Join our manufacturing team as a Shop Associate and assist with milling and production operations. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, machinery, and wood products in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with milling and manufacturing operations.
• Cut, glue, profile, and process lumber throughout the manufacturing process.
• Operate power tools including table saws, cutoff saws, routers, and sanders.
• Process scrap and waste materials.
• Measure materials accurately to 1/16 inch.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch.
• Comfortable using power tools and woodworking equipment.
• Previous manufacturing, woodworking, carpentry, or shop experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and accept constructive feedback.
