Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining production equipment, leading maintenance projects, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring maximum equipment uptime.

Responsibilities

Supervise and perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on plant machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PL-controlled systems.
Service and repair printing presses, bag machines, unwind/rewind systems, drives, bearings, and related equipment.
Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and assist in developing PM schedules.
Support safety programs, accident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage spare parts inventory and source parts from vendors.
Oversee contractors and coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and relocation projects.
Maintain plant support systems, including air compressors, chillers, HVAC, and oxidizers.
Participate in on-call support for equipment breakdowns as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLCs, servo drives, and industrial automation.
Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in printing, packaging, or converting operations is preferred.
