Job Overview

Seeking Injection Mold Operators responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines during a 12-hour night shift to ensure the safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing of plastic food storage containers. This position requires continuous attention to machine operation, product quality, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Perform regular quality inspections of molded parts to identify defects and ensure product specifications are met.
• Remove, trim, sort, package, and label finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and production output, reporting any issues to supervisors, process technicians, or maintenance personnel.
• Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with company housekeeping practices.
