• Prepare and clean surfaces for powder coating.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment.
• Apply powder coatings evenly and consistently on metal parts.
• Inspect finished products for quality and uniformity.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and workspace.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
